Someone To Tell It To is very proud and honored to be a sponsor of Friends & Neighbors, this beautiful documentary by brothers filmmaker Benjamin Wagner and senior editor Christofer Wagner. 

Benjamin came to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in March 2025, to see I’m Proud of You - the play that Someone To Tell It To co-produced with Open Stage theater - about journalist Tim Madigan’s deep friendship with U. S. children’s TV icon Fred (Mister) Rogers. 

Benjamin, who wrote, produced, and directed Friends & Neighbors, also knew Fred Rogers, who encouraged and reassured Benjamin during a time in his life that was also emotionally turbulent and unsettling. It follows his 2012 PBS documentary, Mister Rogers & Me.

There is a deep synergy between Benjamin’s mission of creating art that explores mental and emotional health challenges and Someone To Tell It To’s mission of supporting people in the midst of those challenges

These values inspire their work and the messages that they share with the public. On Thursday, April 23, 2026, Benjamin Wagner will be in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, at the region’s PBS station - WITF - for the local premiere of Friends & Neighbors, at an event sponsored by Someone To Tell It To, before its national premiere in May.
