Event Details

Get your snowshoes and bundle up, SELT’s Trails and Community Engagement Manager, Yohann Hanley, will be leading a walk under the light of the full moon at Birch Ridge Community Forest in New Durham, NH. Yohann will guide you from the Birch Hill Road parking area. Specific directions and route details will be provided in advance of the event. We hope to take full advantage of the winter snow, but if there is not enough to snowshoe in, this event will be a winter night hike instead.

Difficulty: Strenuous with some steep sections and geared towards older children-adults with some snowshoeing or winter hiking experience.

The suggested donation for our Outreach Program is $5 per person and $10 per family - if you'd like, you can donate now or in person.
