9:00 am – 9:10 am: Welcome and overview of day and events

9:10 am – 9:25 am:  Introduction & Warm-Up (All Athletes)

9:25 – 9:40 am: Drill 1 - Paddle & Ball Familiarization (15 min)

9:40: – 10:00 am: Drill 2 - The Forehand & Backhand Groundstroke (20 min)

10:00 am – 10:20 am:  Drill 3 - The Serve & The Two-Bounce Rule (20 min)

10:20 am – 10:40 am: Drill 4 - The "Kitchen" (20 min)

10:40 am – 11:30 am:  Simplified Game Play 

11:30 am – 11:40 am:  Cool Down & Conclusion
