There are 4 tracks:

Competitive Team- Public Safety Only

Competitive Team- Community Members

Competitive- Individual 

Just for Fun

Competitive tracks- all individual or 5 member team must complete the following WOD- BEST TIME WINS

• 15 burpees
• 20 air squats
  
• 25 sit ups
• 10 lunges
• 1/4 mile run

Just for Fun- each team member must choose one of the following so as a team, all 5 activities are completed- MOST POINTS WIN

• Best creative selfie
• Best dressed
• Lip-sync 
• Best dance moves
• 80's trivia (online)

1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards will be given for the following

• Most money raised
• Fastest time for Competitive categories
• Most points for Just for Fun category

Submit all scores, pictures and/or videos to Barbara at barbara@sonm.org or 505-856-0346 and are due by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, November 6th.
