Step back in time and experience the charm, history, and holiday spirit of Salem during the 39th Annual Yuletide Tour of Historic Salem. This beloved annual tradition invites visitors to explore more than 20 beautifully decorated historic homes, churches, museums, and landmarks while discovering the rich heritage and treasured holiday traditions that make Salem unique.

Whether you're visiting for the first time or continuing a cherished family tradition, the Yuletide Tour offers a memorable holiday experience for guests of all ages.

🏠 Featured Activities

Throughout the day, enjoy a variety of festive attractions and family-friendly activities, including:

• Tours of 20+ historic homes, churches, museums, and sites 
• Living history demonstrations featuring the 2nd Pennsylvania Regiment of the Continental Line and the 43rd Regiment of Foot
• Woodstown Central Railroad (rides with Santa - separate ticket purchase required through the railroad)
• Letters to Santa
•  Complimentary hot chocolate
• Local artists and craft vendors
• Pop-up shops and unique holiday shopping
• And much more throughout the city!

Make it a full day of holiday festivities by:

• Attending the 🎺 Salem Magic of Christmas Parade at 11:00 a.m. along Broadway.
• Concluding the day at the 🎄Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony at 6:30 p.m. at the Old Courthouse.

🌐 Online Ticket Pickup
If you purchase tickets online, they may be picked up on the day of the event at the official ticket booth located at the cabin near 13 Market Street or at Royal Port Antiques.

🚂 Important Information

• Admission to the Yuletide Tour does not include the Woodstown Central Railroad Santa Train Rides.
• Santa Train Ride tickets must be purchased separately through the Woodstown Central Railroad.
• Railroad information and ticket availability will be available at Site #2 – Charles Pedersen Park (North Market Street) on the day of the event.
• Please note: Santa Train Ride tickets often sell out well in advance. We strongly encourage purchasing railroad tickets early if you plan to participate.
