The Impact

STEP Ministries' vision is "to change the heart of the city through the hope of the Gospel, one mentoring relationship at a time." This is accomplished through one-on-one mentoring and one-on-one tutoring of under-resourced children, both in the neighborhood and in the schools.

In the past year, over 150 under-resourced children aged 3rd  - 12th grade received one-on-one mentoring, tutoring, and/or were served through the in-school Encourager program  mobilizing over 175 committed volunteers.

Your partnership will allow STEP to grow this impact as we plan further expansion in Little Rock in the near future!
