Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a certification course that Step Up For Mental Health offers to individuals who want to learn more about mental health, for themselves, as caregivers, or for the community they serve as a peer specialist or helpline support facilitator to assist someone who may be experiencing a mental health crisis or just to understand the signs and symptoms and the challenges families face.
