This year, Stonewall Community Foundation celebrates 35 years of empowering LGBTQ+ communities. Founded in response to the urgent AIDS crises facing our community, Stonewall has evolved into a prominent LGBTQ+ Funder that is committed to protecting and securing our collective future.
