Join Sunburst Projects for the 3rd Annual “Lovin’ Bubbles” Champagne Tasting Experience!

Mark your calendars for an unforgettable evening of sensory delight on Friday, February 27, 2026, from 6–8:30 PM! At this exclusive fundraiser, guests will blind-taste six premium champagnes, putting their taste buds to the test to determine the best bubbly. Each champagne will be paired with expertly selected sweet and savory appetizers designed to complement the flavors of the sparkling wines.

Held at a private home in Sacramento (Carmichael Area), this event offers a unique opportunity to elevate your wine knowledge in a fun, social setting. Last year’s event was a resounding success, and we can’t wait to make this year even more spectacular—all while supporting the vital work of Sunburst Projects.

All tickets must be purchased before Monday, February 23, 2026, at Midnight.

The event will start at 6:00 PM. The tasting will be done as a group starting at 6:15 PM. All attendees will have 1.5 hours to taste and judge the 6 champagnes being poured. While tasting, the appetizer pairings will be provided. At the end of the tasting, each guest will rank the champagnes 1st through 6th and turn in their scorecard. Votes will be tabulated by the host committee. The evening will end with a presentation of each champagne tasted being revealed in the order they placed – 6th to 1st. During the reveal, there will be information about the wine as well as cost and where it can be purchased locally. Don’t miss this opportunity to be the judge!
