Fitness on the Field is a group workout designed for all fitness levels and ages. This fun and entertaining workout is a great way to start your Saturday off right with your family and friends! The workout will be led by Survivor Fitness affiliate trainers and feature door prizes and post-workout fuel. This year we've added a kids zone and walker workout to make the event even more enjoyable for everyone!
Prizes will also be awarded to the teams with the most participation and the individual who raises the most to support cancer survivors. See below for more information about starting a team or supporting a team or individual.
Check-in begins at 8:00am and the workout begins at 8:30am.

Team & Individual Supporters Information
If you are signing up as part of a team or supporting an individual, please make sure to include that name at checkout (there will be an option after submitting payment).
If you are an individual or company and would like to start a team, simply send the link to friends via email, text or social media and have them include your name after submitting payment. Family and friends do not need to attend the workout in order to support you! Please email email@example.com for any questions or for special group rates.
If you are recovering from an injury, have a mild injury that prevents you from doing certain moves, have bad knees or are suffering from back pain and want to avoid high impact exercises you can still participate! This modified version will be exercises that fit your needs.
If walking is your preferred method of fitness, you can still join in on the fun! Make sure to choose this option and you'll complete a 5K during the allotted time!
This zone is designed for kids 4-10 years old. Children will be led through exercises, drills and more. (No registration fee required, older children are welcome to participate in the regular or modified workout.)
