The Perennial is the culmination of our "Leading through Innovation" Internship where the Teens will pitch their "Product with a Purpose" on stage and compete with each other for a monetary prize and training. This year, we are raising funds through the event for the continuation and expansion of our Apprenticeship programming where Graduates of the Internship are employed through 4 pathways (Horticulture, Education, Marketing and Entrepreneurship) to continue developing their skills and opportunities.
