In its modern meaning, Innovation is a new idea, creative thought or the reimagining of something that already exists. It can also mean the application of better solutions to new or unarticulated needs.

We don’t often think about inclusion as an innovative process, and yet we are
continually learning more about how our brains and bodies work. This year, we will be looking at the innovation of old and new ideas in inclusion that can help us to support ourselves and those around us.

We are excited to start the conference with a look at Neurodiversity, a growing vision where neurological differences are recognized and respected as any other human variation.
