Come out and join us for an exclusive evening with The Baobab Home at Pavesi Restaurant in Morristown, New Jersey on August 28th from 5pm to 7pm. 

Founded in 2004, The Baobab Home is a small, community-focused NGO located on a 12-acre farm where we raise organic fruits, vegetables, fish, poultry and cows just outside of Bagamoyo, Tanzania. As the world faces unprecedented climate change, now more than ever we need people like you to support our working farm and primary school.

Your ticket includes a three course dinner, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. 

Our programs have evolved over the years to meet the changing needs of our community. We are currently running the following programs:

Children's Home: family-style orphanage for vulnerable children whose families are unable to care for them.

Steven Tito Academy: English-medium, charity primary school that opened in 2012 and serves over 100 children in the local community.

Organic Farm: twelve acres of arable land where we manage fishponds, cows, poultry, a biogas system, fruit trees, and several organic gardens.

Breakfast Program: daily breakfast served to HIV/AIDS patients at the district hospital serving 1600 patients per month.

Outreach Work: assistance to individuals in the community who are in need. This program is run on a case-by-case basis.

The Baobab Home is a registered 501(c)(3) organization in the USA and a registered foreign NGO in Bagamoyo, Tanzania. All donations are tax-deductible in the USA.
