Hello, my name is Avantika. I am a mixed media artist, healer, and liberation-based facilitator striving for slowness and nurturing collective care. Through Avantika Healing Arts, I offer mindful hand-stitching, creative healing, and arts-based facilitation that invites you to reconnect with yourself and others around you without pressure, performance, or urgency.

In our spaces, we slow down together through hand-stitching, working with natural materials, reflection prompts, storytelling, and collective art-making practices that center care, choice, and connection (with self and others). The spaces are rooted in experiencing the process of creation fully and not the end result. I’m excited to offer these spaces because they create a gentle shift away from the speed, extraction, and constant urgency of capitalism, making room for you to move at your own pace, create with your hands, and experience care and connection without needing to perform or explain yourself.

During out time together on July 7th, we will create a collective piece of art, connecting our stories and dreams through thread! No experience of embroidery or stitching is needed šŸ’• come slow down with us.

I am looking forward to connecting & creating with you!
