About the Evening

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Breaking Bread and Building Bridges, a night that brought together visionary leaders, innovators, and changemakers from around the world.

Hosted by Nathan Maynard, CEO of Highfive (United States), and Yuliya Buryk, Director of Strategic Development and Partnerships of SET University (Ukraine), this evening celebrated what happens when empathy meets technology, and dialogue becomes a force for transformation.

Why This Night Mattered

Together, we took the first step toward funding two missions that redefine what education can do for humanity:

Highfive is expanding its nationwide grant program for underserved U.S. schools — helping teachers build connected, emotionally safe classrooms and teaching empathy as a life skill.

SET University is raising funds for 100 scholarships that allow Ukraine’s brightest students to study, innovate, and rebuild their country through technology. Each scholarship, valued at $7,000, creates a multiplier effect for Ukraine’s economy, educating one student who will launch startups, create jobs, and strengthen democracy worldwide.

Thank You for Being Part of It

Your presence and support made this evening unforgettable. Every ticket, every conversation, and every donation moves us closer to a future where empathy and innovation go hand in hand.

If you wish to continue supporting these missions, you can contribute directly through our 501(c)(3) partner: The Giving Back Fund (EIN 04-3367888) ensuring full transparency and measurable impact.

Donate here to continue the mission

With gratitude and hope,
