The Help.Guide.Thrive. Operations Hub is a collaboration among three Illinois-based nonprofit organizations, established to support providers with billing, care coordination, and access to sustainable funding across the following workforce areas:

• Community Health Workers
• Maternal and Child Health providers (Doulas, Lactation Specialists)
• 1115 Waiver service providers (e.g., Street Outreach Workers, Medical Respite Care Providers)

Participants will receive an overview on the Help.Guide.Thrive Operations Hub and how it will support organizations across Illinois. A live demonstration of the platform will be shown.
