The Woodlands Pride is an annual LGBTQ+ pride festival and celebration that takes place in The Woodlands, Texas. It aims to promote inclusivity, acceptance, and support for the LGBTQ+ community in the area. The festival typically features live music, entertainment, food vendors, and more.

Exhibitors: The space is 10x10 and comes with two chairs and a 6ft table. If you are signing up for a tent or bringing your own, you will be required to use at least 40lbs of weights for your tent. Feel free to bring your own or rent in advance from us.

FAQ

I don’t see the parade route.
That’s right! The Woodlands Pride Festival does not include a parade element.

How much is the entry fee?
Thanks to our sponsors and exhibitors, this festival is one of the largest free LGBTQ+ Pride festivals in Texas!

If it’s free to enter, why do I need to register?
Registration helps our team estimate attendance to ensure we have the right amount of security, food trucks, beverages, and other resources ready for everyone.

Can I bring my pet?

We love our furry friends, but only service animals are permitted inside the Marriott.

Can I bring glitter or confetti?

We know… leaving your sparkle behind is hard. But NO glitter or confetti is allowed — it’s a venue rule (and the Marriott’s vacuum team thanks you in advance). Don’t worry, you’ll still shine plenty without it!

How can I help keep the event positive?

Simple — be kind. Celebrate, smile, and if you encounter protestors, do not engage. Our team and law enforcement partners will take it from there. Your joy is your best response. 

Can I bring food or drinks?

Outside food and beverages aren’t permitted, but our food trucks and vendors will have plenty of delicious options to keep you fueled and festive!

Is the Marriott ADA accessible?

Yes! The Waterway Marriott is fully ADA-compliant, with accessible entrances, restrooms, and elevators throughout the venue.

Where should I park?

The Marriott offers both valet and self-parking options. Additional parking is available in nearby Waterway garages and public lots.
