Exhibitors: The space is 10x10 and comes with two chairs and a 6ft table. If you are signing up for a tent or bringing your own, you will be required to use at least 50lbs of weights for your tent. Feel free to bring your own or rent in advance from us.

I don't see the parade route:

That's right! The Woodlands Pride Festival does not have a parade element.

How much is the entry fee? 

Thanks to our sponsors and exhibitors, this festival is the largest free LGBTQ+ Pride festival in Texas!

If it's free to enter, why do I need to register? 

This will help our team have the best estimate of what to expect. This helps with security, food trucks, beverages, and more.

Are dogs allowed? 

Of course, if your dog is a certified support animal, bring it. 

Is there ADA parking nearby? 

Yes, this park is ADA-compliant and has many ADA parking spots near the entrance. 

What am I allowed to bring in with me? 

You may bring your own water, food, or a small personal cooler. Please refrain from large ice chests as space may be limited. No outside alcohol is permitted.
