• Helping us with associated fees relating to creating our own non-profit entity that is separate from our beloved parent company, Tight Five Productions, who were instrumental in their fiscal sponsorship of Newport since 2019. 

• Keeping our rental prices affordable for producers, individuals and students.

• Maintaining and growing our scholarship program to make our offerings more accessible.

• Upgrading and maintaining the theater through a gut and rewire of A/V, deep cleaning and organization the first week of January and bar improvements.

• Creating training videos so that incoming renters have easily accessible video resources

• Creating new programs to address the needs expressed by the community for more paid opportunities for professional and student performers.

• Creating paid opportunities for performers via the weekly Newport produced ‘Peek-Easy’.
