The Ralph Schrager, MD Memorial Fund Golf Tournament is held each fall, in memory of Dr. Ralph Schrager, a well-respected neonatologist, and golf enthusiast, who saved thousands of frail babies’ lives in our community for over 30 years.

A day of golf at Commonwealth National Golf Club celebrates Dr. Schrager’s legacy and passion for the well-being of premature babies and their families. Two college scholarships will also be awarded to former premature babies who beat the odds early in life.

ITINERARY

• 9:30 am - Registration, pre-tournament games, and continental breakfast
• 10:45 am - $5,000 putt - 1 player selected at random to putt 50 feet for $5,000.
• 11:00 am - Shotgun Start (Scramble Format, Lunch served on Course)
• 4:00 pm - Cocktail Reception

• 5:00 - 8:00 pm - Dinner and Awards at the Manor House at Commonwealth

All proceeds from the golf tournament directly benefit the families and babies at Neonatal Intensive care unit at Abington Hospital in numerous capacities and Today is a Good Day. Dr. Schrager played an incredibly special role in the Sharkey Family's journey in the NICU with Claire and Mary, and thought it truly fitting to join in partnership with the Ralph Schrager Memorial Fund for this event.
