COVID Information and Contingency Plan

As of now, the Wharton County A&M Club board of directors feels that by April 21st, enough vaccines will have been distributed that we can safely hold an in-person Muster with mask-wearing and social distancing alterations in place.

If local case counts and hospitalizations increase between now and then, or if authorities further restrict gatherings, we may be forced to transition to a virtual Muster like we did in 2020. In that case, we will of course make all relevant information available via mailing lists, social media, and other means.

Even if we have Muster in-person, we will still be live-streaming the ceremony for those who would rather not attend for any reason, including if they have not yet received COVID vaccinations.

Please sign up for updates here to make sure you're in the loop.

Thanks & Gig 'Em!

If you would like to donate more than $300 for a table, please contact Robin Waters Hensley at 979-541-9004 or robinwatershensley@gmail.com. OR, write in an additional amount (to be added to your $300) in the blank below marked "Make a Donation".
