We have an exciting new ceremonial offering for you! We're hosting a Women's Healing Circle in honor of Mother's Day on Sunday, May 11th from 2-4 p.m. at Zion Spies Lutheran Church in the upstairs parlor. Anyone who identifies as a woman or femme is welcome, including both Indigenous folks and our allies. Dress comfortably and bring a teacup or mug to enjoy our tea potluck. Bring your favorite tea bags for the group to try! We'll provide the hot water.
Join this experiential journey in community-supported self-healing led by Pampamesayoq Jenny Daughter of the Mountains, a.k.a. Jennifer Craig, BA, CPS, CFRS. Our healing soundtrack is Matriarch: Iroquois Women's Songs, performed by Joanne Shenandoah. Please do your best to arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in so we can start the ceremony at 2 pm.
*Suggested minimum contribution of $15 per family.* Everyone is welcome regardless of ability to pay.
A $5 nonrefundable registration deposit is required to reserve your spot. Additional contributions to our healer, Jenny, can be made at the conclusion of the event. 50% of donations will be directed back to Widoktadwen Center for Native Knowledge to support free community health programs.
