Join EAGLE (Emerging as Global Leaders Experience) for our 2026 Summit, bringing together alumni, partners, and emerging leaders from national security, public service, military/veteran, and mission-driven industry backgrounds for two days of connection and growth.

This year's theme, Building Resilience in Public Sector Leadership, speaks directly to what our community is navigating right now — institutional disruption, career transitions, information overload, and the personal toll of leading through uncertainty.

Friday, November 6 — Opening Reception
4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
An evening of connection, drinks, and small bites. Join alumni, Council members, partners, and prospective community members for opening remarks and a keynote, followed by open networking.

Saturday, November 7 — Full-Day Summit Programming
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
A full day of programming for alumni, building on beloved past curriculum and deepening relationships across the EAGLE community. The day features CliftonStrengths and other returning favorites, alongside new sessions designed to inspire, teach, and bring the community closer together.
