Thanks for supporting the 2025 Wheeling SleepOut! The Wheeling SleepOut is the signature fundraising event for the Youth Services System Transitional Living Program, which provides housing, life skills, employment assistance and more for young adults ages 17-21 who have aged out of the Foster Care system.

Please register for the SleepOut on this page, and then check out the Fundraising Page HERE to create or join a team and get to fundraising (select "I Want To Fundraise For This")! Please remember that each member of your team must register to participate in the Wheeling SleepOut on Nov. 7th at the Hazel Atlas Building - 87 15th Street Wheeling, WV. Your registration fee includes a t-shirt (let us know your size when you register here!) + food, games and entertainment for the evening!

• Check-in will be from 4-5:30p.m. on Nov. 7th  at the Hazel Atlas Building - 87 15th St. Wheeling, WV.
• All participants under the age of 18 must have a supervising adult with them at all times (one adult over the age of 21 for every six youth age 17 and under).
• Boxed-In Design Contest entries will be judged at 6p.m., with winners announced at 7:30p.m. - for full details and rules for the contest, please check out our Participant Packet.
• Food, snacks, beverages, t-shirt and entertainment are all included with your $25 registration.
