This year marks FVAP's 12th Anniversary! We are incredibly grateful for your support through our annual rock star fundraising event!

When there is nowhere else to turn, we’re here to help. FVAP is dedicated to helping domestic violence survivors and their children in California and Washington by overturning dangerous trial court decisions on their behalf, for free.

FVAP is doing more for survivors providing expert training and technical assistance to survivor-serving organizations statewide. We provide direct appellate representation in CA and WA and are building capacity so survivors have more support to navigate the complex process to overturn dangerous court decisions and access the safety and justice they deserve. 

Battle of the Bands, Banding Together to End Domestic Violence is an annual attorney battle-of-the-bands fundraiser benefiting Family Violence Appellate Project (FVAP). Bands consist of attorneys and employees from Bay Area law firms and corporate legal teams.
