Do you know what's in your agreements? Dan Becker will discuss topics from ASCE's 2021 publication Engineering Agreement Basics, developed by ASCE’s Committee on Claim Reduction and Management (CCRM). Topics may include: Why have a written agreement? What agreement do I use? Client-drafted agreements, design-build agreements. To allow for enough time to cover a broad array of information, Dan will cover the topic in two sessions.
