With the goal of featuring conversations on quality of life/care, whole person care, and integrating arts in healthcare, the AHI2021 speaker series features an assimilation of storytellers (artists, musicians, writers, innovators, and the like) who have used the power of art to overcome challenges such as grief, failure, mental and physical health issues, and more.

September 23, 12-1pm PST: Janis Nakano Spivack
Focus: Tap into your own wisdom to go after the goals that truly matter to you.
Janis Nakano Spivack is an award-winning executive and business transformation strategist with over 30 years in next gen advertising, marketing and media. Five years ago she did a career pivot and founded Brite Catalyst, a Wellness intelligence and insights company. Crush & Flow - the first consumer service, is dedicated to providing simple and actionable programs for personal change.
Janis is also the co-founder of a next gen CX platform delivering Emotional Intelligence for greater consumer understanding, is an adjunct faculty member of Chip Conley’s Modern Elder Academy, and teaches a corporate masterclass series in positive intergenerational communication. In her spare time her daily wooing of hummingbirds helps her practice lightness (and patience) in everything.
October 21, 12-1pm PST: Scott Perry
Focus: The Burnout Solution
Scott Perry helps difference-makers invested in social impact work embrace uncertainty and navigate adversity with greater intention and equanimity. He’s Chief Difference-Maker at Creative on Purpose and author of the Amazon top-sellers Endeavor and Onward. Scott is also the head coach for Seth Godin’s Creative and Freelancer Akimbo Workshops.
Scott is a husband and father, goes for a cemetery run every day, and quotes Marcus Aurelius more often than he should.
For over thirty years, Scott found and spread joy as a professional musician and guitar teacher while maintaining a happy marriage, homeschooling his sons, and taking care of business. He now helps others find fulfillment and meaning through developing and delivering the difference only they can make.

Chris Murchison is an industry expert in the discovery and strategic design of positive organization practices founded in a unique and diverse perspective on the experience of work and workplace culture. He strives to make the workplace a community that support connection, inclusion, and thriving.
December 16, 12-1pm PST: Tami Bhaumik
Focus: The future of childhood through digital play… bringing the world together.
Tami Bhaumik serves as the Vice President of Civility and Partnerships at Roblox. She spearheads the platform's digital civility initiative and works to foster a global community of internet safety leaders to ensure good digital citizenship on Roblox. To establish a healthy and safe community, Tami is focused on providing kids, teens, parents, and caregivers with the skills needed to create positive online experiences, in partnership with the world’s leading safety and industry organizations. Through her work at Roblox, she has empowered platform users to self-govern and create a confident, resilient online community with the knowledge and tools to create positive experiences for themselves and others in the metaverse.
With over 25 years of consumer and tech experience, Tami has successfully fostered supportive communities in a multitude of industries through leading the growth of multiple Silicon Valley startups. Additionally, Tami is an acting Board Member for the Digital Wellness Lab affiliated with Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School and for the Family Online Safety Institute (FOSI) for the past four years. She is committed to online safety solutions and supports work promoting a culture of responsibility online and encouraging a sense of digital citizenship for all. Tami graduated with a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.
All funds raised by the AHI Speaker Series will go toward sending ArtKits to pediatric patients.
